By-Law Update

In accordance with the existing by-laws for the Oklahoma Simmental Simbrah Association, the Board of Directors is required to post any proposed changes to the by-laws for a period of sixty (60) days prior to the annual meeting where a vote is taken to approve or reject the new by-laws.

The Board has been working in conjunction with legal counsel to update our existing by-laws to ensure the safety and soundess of our organization for many years to come.
